Change default loading screen for branches from Metrics to Tracking Plan / Code Changes

Clicking on a branch from Avo brings me to the metrics page, which doesn't make a ton of sense to me. I would expect it to bring me to the diff page or something more branch-related.

We've updated the branches overview to open the diff page when selecting a branch. While we were there we also fixed a few other branch related things: The overview now highlights the current branch and switching a branch using the selector in the sidebar retains open slide-overs 🎉
