+1, maybe it can be done using anomaly detection which would suffice in my usecases. But that's maybe the tricky part.

This is obviously a tricky one to solve as it's hard to define what an un-sent event is, but it would be a great feature to have. Even having a manual setting indicating expected minimum hourly/daily volume would be great, then if that's not reached an alert could be sent.
