A role that allows a developer to generate code but not make changes changes to master without approval.
Use case:
Having outside contractors that are implementing analytics. With editor access they can make accidental changes to master that can be hard to undo.

Hi klara@avo.sh, can you please explain how this topic is completed? Is there a new role for developers, that allow CLI access to pull the code, but not make any schema changes? I can't find anything in the docs about this.

Fully agree. Our developers usually just have 'Commentor' permissions but that of course doesn't allow CLI access. Having a role with 'read-only' permissions to pull the source code via CLI would be perfect.

Upvoting this request, but I'd like to add that this is requested for all the branches not only for main/ master branch.
