Lock approved branch to prevent further changes

Currently, once a reviewer has approved a branch, users are still able to add changes, without the reviewer being notified or the state of "approved" being removed.

It would be great if the branch could be locked to prevent unauthorised or accidental changes.

Branches marked as Ready for Review, Changes Requested, or Approved are now locked to prevent accidental edits—if your workspace has the Protected main branch setting enabled.
If you need to make changes, you’ll be prompted to revert the branch back to Draft — which will remove existing approvals. Admins can still bypass this if needed.
This helps keep reviews reliable by ensuring changes don’t slip in unnoticed after approvals ✅
