In the drop down menu for the branches, an indicator / symbol would be nice to see quickly which branch is in draft / in review / request changes / approved - e.g. showing an "Approved" with the greenn color next to a branch name.

This would make it much easier to scan the list and understand the state of each branch at a glance.
